  • The event will take place at Elvington Airfield, Elvington, York YO41 4XS

  • For weekend tickets, gates will open at midday on Friday 18th July.

    For the Thursday ‘Party on the Pan’ gates will also open at midday.

  • Event will end at 1pm on Sunday 20th July with our ICONIC Survivors Convoy!

  • All pitches will be hardstanding, unless you have booked a Grass Pitch upgrade.

  • Yes, we will have accessible toilets onsite.

  • Yes, we recognise the important role that carers play in supporting individuals to attend our events.

    There is a carer ticket option, which can be purchased with an accessible ticket.

  • Of course! However, there are not any electric hook ups and they will be on grass pitches.

  • Yes! Vanlove will be a suitable event for all the family.

    Under 5s go free, with a child ticket needed for children from 5-16.

  • Yes! However, we do ask that you keep your dogs on a lead and clean up after them

  • You are welcome to bring your own food and drink outside of the main event space.

    Please note that this is a zero glass event, with reusable cups available

  • Yes, however they must be raised at least 50cm off the ground. Firepits are not permitted.

  • Yes, water will be available on site.

  • There will be no electric hook ups available as this is an off grid event.

  • Yes, toilets will be available throughout the festival grounds for your convenience.

  • Tickets will not be refundable for this event.

  • The weekend will be jam packed with fantastic live music and entertainment.

  • STANDARD - Vehicle park-up on the runway (first come, first served)

    PREMIUM - Vehicle park-up in VIP area closest to the main arena

  • The Shangri-La of Vanlove 2025! The Vanlove Retreat is where you’ll find all activities, demos and sessions that are all about you and your wellbeing. Vehicle park-up in this area will mean you are located closest to this area.
